What You Can Do

Access Verified Answers

Get human-verified, continuously updated answers that don't exist in docs or public channels — sourced from DMs, private threads, and questions asked privately through Pong. Browse by topic, person, or subject-matter expert.

Manage Your Library

Save new answers to your Pong library, update existing answers to keep them accurate, and ask teammates questions directly via the Pong app in Slack.

Discover Gaps

Get AI-suggested questions to fill gaps in your library, identify stale answers that may need review, and check on pending questions from teammates.

Getting Started

Prerequisite: A Slack workspace with the Pong app installed. Get Pong if you don't have it installed to your Slack workspace.

MCP Server URL

Open Claude settings

In Claude.ai, go to Settings → Connectors.

Add a custom connector

Click Add custom connector, enter Pong as the name, and paste the MCP server URL above. Leave Advanced settings empty.

Authenticate when prompted to connect your Pong workspace.

Authentication runs through Slack's OAuth — you sign in with the same Slack workspace you already trust. Claude and ChatGPT only see answers your team has saved.

Open Claude

Come back here when you're done — we'll show you a green check when it's connected.

Once you're in, try this:

“Help me draft a clear email reply to a customer asking about our refund policy. Once we have a great version, save it to Pong so the whole customer team can use the same response.”

Claude will draft the email, then call Pong to save it as a reusable answer. Review and approve in the Pong web app or right inside Slack.

Any MCP-compatible client (Cursor, Windsurf, custom integrations) can connect to Pong:
