How It Works
Three simple steps to earn a $250 digital Visa gift card:
Make the Introduction
Before emailing us, message your friend or acquaintance at the company with a quick overview of why Pong is a good fit for their team. Then, email intro@trypong.com and CC your contact to make the intro. Select the 'Refer a Company' button below for a template email.
They Become a Customer
After a demo and evaluation, the referred company becomes a paying customer and adopts Pong in their Slack workspace.
Receive Your Reward
Once Pong has received $250 in revenue from the referred company, you'll receive a $250 digital Visa gift card. Rewards are paid per company, not per user or seat. There is no limit to the number of companies you can refer - as long as each meets the criteria.

Reward Structure
One $250 digital Visa gift card per successful referral. Rewards are issued after Pong has earned $250 in revenue from the referred customer.
Eligibility Requirements
Email intro@trypong.com and CC a relevant contact at the company you’re referring. Ideally, share a quick overview of why Pong is a good fit for their team before making the introduction so that your contact has context. Warm intros are best!
Per Company Rewards
Referral rewards are paid per company, not per user or seat. There is no cap on the number of companies you may refer - you'll earn a $250 digital Visa gift card for each company you refer that meets the criteria.
Multiple Referrers
If multiple individuals refer the same company, Pong reserves the right to determine how the reward is shared or attributed.
Quality Standards & Final Discretion
Pong reserves the right to reject any referral that appears spammy, non-serious, duplicative, or not in good faith. All referral payouts are at the full and final discretion of Pong, including decisions on eligibility, attribution, and payout timing.

Successful Referral
You message your friend who leads Sales Enablement at a 150-person company to share a quick overview of Pong and why it’s a great fit for their team. Then you email intro@trypong.com and CC your friend to make the introduction. They take a demo, love it, and start using Pong. Once Pong has received $250 in revenue from them, you’ll receive a $250 digital Visa gift card.
Multiple Referrers
You and another person both refer the same company within a few days of each other. Pong reviews the context and chooses to either split the reward, award it fully to one person, or withhold it. Final decision rests with Pong.
Insufficient Revenue
You refer a company that signs up for a short-term pilot of Pong, but cancels before paying $250+ in revenue. No reward is paid.
